With a career spanning the educational, institutional, commercial, single-family and multi-residential sectors, Daniel brings a rare duality of service: the vision to solve and manage complex builds and the precision to analyze them when things go wrong. His 35-plus-year background spans architecture, construction management and legal forensic analysis, with a wide range of expertise across architectural design, construction and estimating.

His approach is rooted in a deep technical understanding of the construction lifecycle, analyzing projects through a forensic lens to identify vulnerabilities in design, execution and administration before they evolve into costly liabilities:

George is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer and General Contractor in California, specializing in forensic engineering, constructability reviews and the technical mastery of complex building systems. At PCC, he leverages an extensive background in preconstruction, general contracting and construction management to provide high-level forensic analysis and litigation support.

• Preconstruction & General Contracting Background: Creating and analyzing detailed budgets and schedules, feasibility studies and comprehensive multi-discipline coordination.
• Institutional & Landmark Project Experience: Portfolio includes the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels, the Santa Monica Public Safety Facility and the University of Southern California (USC) Healthcare Consultation Center, as well as high-end commercial projects including THE LOT's luxury dining and cinema destinations.
