Protecting Project Integrity Through Forensic Excellence

Professional Construction Consultants, Inc. (PCC) provides a multidisciplinary approach to construction defect analysis, project management, and dispute resolution. We deliver technical clarity to legal professionals, developers, and insurance carriers through rigorous data-driven investigation.

Our Story

PCC was founded on the principle that technical excellence and clear communication drive successful dispute resolution. Our team brings together decades of hands-on field experience, delivering the kind of insight and precision typically earned over a long-standing industry presence. We exist to bridge the gap between complex engineering data and actionable legal strategy—pinpointing the true causes of building failures and guiding clients with a clear, results-focused roadmap for remediation and recovery.

How We Work

Forensic Engineering & Analysis:

Utilizing non-destructive testing (NDT), thermal imaging, and moisture mapping, our experts peel back the layers of a structure to identify latent defects. Our methodology follows ASTM standards to ensure that every finding is scientifically defensible.

Expert Witness Testimony:

We translate complex technical failures into clear, concise narratives for depositions and trial. Our experts are trained to maintain objectivity while providing the strategic clarity required for high-stakes litigation

Construction Management & Peer Review:

Proactive risk mitigation is our priority. We provide third-party oversight, plan consistency reviews, and site inspections to ensure that projects are built to code and specification from the ground up.

Your Team of Experts

In the construction forensics world, clients hire the person, not just the firm.

CEO/President/Sr. Project Manager

Expertise in Construction Forensics & Strategic Management

With a career spanning the educational, institutional, commercial, single family and multi-residential sectors, I provide a rare duality of service:

The vision to solve and manage complex builds; and the precision to analyze them when things go wrong.

My approach is rooted in a deep technical understanding of the construction lifecycle. By analyzing projects through a forensic lens, I identify vulnerabilities in design, execution, and administration before they evolve into costly liabilities. My expertise includes:

  • Risk & Liability Reduction: Proven success in protecting both clients and general contractors by identifying and neutralizing potential points of failure.

  • Regulatory & Entitlement Analysis: Navigating complex zoning, subdivision, and site plan density studies for developments as large as 10 acres.

  • Strategic Problem Solving: Analyzing construction business trends at city, state, and national levels to inform crucial, data-driven decisions.

George Bronstein is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer and General Contractor in California, specializing in forensic engineering, constructability reviews, and the technical mastery of complex building systems. At Professional Construction Consultants, Inc., George leverages an extensive background in preconstruction, general contracting and construction management to provide high-level forensic analysis and litigation support.

His expertise is centered on creating and analyzing detailed budgets and schedules, feasibility studies, and comprehensive coordination of multi-discipline building programs. George’s portfolio includes some of the most significant architectural landmarks in Los Angeles, such as the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels, the Santa Monica Public Safety Facility, and the University of Southern California (USC) Healthcare Consultation Center.

Beyond institutional landmarks, George has also designed and managed high-end commercial projects including ‘THE LOT’ luxury dining and cinema destinations and overseen the technical coordination of custom single-family residences. George is well known for identifying critical design conflicts before they reach the field, and utilizes advanced digital document control to mitigate delays and prevent cost overruns across public infrastructure and private luxury developments alike. This rigorous approach to document integrity serves as the backbone of his forensic work, allowing him to reconstruct project timelines with surgical precision and to pinpoint the exact origin of defects or standard-of-care deviations.
